The delivery of a two-storey Construction Skills Building for Wakefield College, providing state of the art technical and teaching spaces for the next generation of construction professionals.

Key Features
A new two-storey structure comprising teaching spaces for assessing brick laying and other vocational construction skills.
Structure framed in steel, containing a double height workshop, teaching spaces, changing facilities, toilets and storage.
A new service yard providing access for deliveries with a car park and landscaping scheme to the front of the building.
Support for students and staff throughout our involvement in the project, including site visits and lectures to students during design and construction stages. We also offered students the opportunity to visit our office to learn more about careers in civil engineering.
