Who we are
We are a small, agile and dynamic team who maintain our core values in every piece of work that we do. The business prides itself on being different from other consultancies and we aim to challenge the stereotype of the engineering industry to create a more diverse and inclusive future. We work to create a company culture that our team are proud to be a part of. Our Values
Customer-focused
We follow the mantra: ‘deliver the work you say you’re going to do, when you’re going to do it’. Never overpromise and underdeliver, only do what you say you can do within realistic timescales and in turn, build honest relationships based on trust and the reassurance of reliability.
Technology
We are 95% paperless and use exclusively cloud-based servers plus Building Information Modelling (BIM) for drawings and design. We have integrated app tech into every facet of our business model with bespoke HR applications and project management software to allow us to continue to be an adaptable business.
Sustainability
As well as being paperless, the Dice team aims to implement at least one element of sustainability into every piece of work it delivers. We heavily champion modern methods of construction (MMC) and modular housing, and we are currently working towards becoming a net zero business.
