Situated close to De Montford University, this new six storey building will feature 70 studio apartments, a communal social hub and external amenity gardens at ground floor level. The development is anticipated to be constructed during 2020.

The previous dilapidated building is scheduled to be demolished and replaced with a contemporary structure. The scheme is due for completion in August 2022 and will be particularly marketed at international students to provide a modern, aesthetically pleasing addition to Leicester’s student residential offering.

Dice worked closely with the scheme’s architects, to overcome some of the key challenges encountered during the early stages of the project’s delivery. This included the requirement to produce a full Tekla structural design model at pre-planning stages, so as to enable detailed proposals to be established in relation to the proposed front elevations.
