Dice are appointed on the University of Sheffield framework, for both direct civil & structural engineering delivery, and working alongside some of our delivery partners under multi-disciplinary teams. Projects delivered to date include:
Nanoscience Epitaxy Facility
- New specialist research facility delivered on the former Modular Village site at Broad Lane, featuring a state-of-the-art clean room laboratory.

Hendersons House
- Fitout of the iconic former Hendersons Relish factory building to create new office, student and exhibition spaces.
- Dice delivered both phases of the project, including façade retention, structural stabilisation, and final fitout works.
- Extensive experience and project knowledge enabled the successful delivery of the new internal mezzanine floor and external landscaping.
