Nanoscience Epitaxy Facility

  • New specialist research facility delivered on the former Modular Village site at Broad Lane, featuring a state-of-the-art clean room laboratory.

Hendersons House

  • Fitout of the iconic former Hendersons Relish factory building to create new office, student and exhibition spaces.
  • Dice delivered both phases of the project, including façade retention, structural stabilisation, and final fitout works.
  • Extensive experience and project knowledge enabled the successful delivery of the new internal mezzanine floor and external landscaping.
