In the autumn of 2023, Dice Consulting Engineers were successful following a rigorous competitive tender process, securing a coveted position within a prestigious consultant’s framework to provide civil and structural engineering services for Anchor Group, the UK’s leading provider of specialist housing and care for seniors.
Anchor, a distinguished not-for-profit organisation, manages a vast portfolio of 54,000 homes across 1,700 sites, catering to the unique needs of older individuals in more than 85% of local authority jurisdictions in England. With approximately 9000 employees nationwide, Anchor’s mission encompasses diverse housing options, including care homes, retirement villages, extra care facilities, independent living, rented housing, and home ownership solutions.
The partnership between Dice Consulting Engineers and Anchor Group is underpinned by a shared commitment to innovation and excellence. Over the course of the four-year framework, Anchor aims to develop 5,700 new homes, prioritising the creation of vibrant retirement communities comprising 60+ homes for both sale and rent. These communities are designed to foster healthy, fulfilling lifestyles for both the vulnerable and elderly people in their later years.
