Say hello to three newcomers

It's been a busy start to the year at Dice, with lots of exciting projects and developments happening, involving both the civil and structural parts of the business. And being busy naturally means we need all hands on deck to get the work done so we're delighted to announce that we've had three new people join us over the last couple of months!

Firstly, Mehmet Ertay has joined the civil engineering arm of the business as a Senior Civil Engineer. Mehmet joins us with nearly 5 years of industry experience under his belt, having gained his Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Nottingham, before going into private consultancy. Mehmet has already been involved in a number of exciting key projects and we're looking forward to see him develop further within the team.

Secondly, Jenni Littlehales has joined as our first non-engineering hire. Recruited into the brand new role of Marketing and Content Manager, Jenni is new to the world of engineering but brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing (built up in a range of industries).

On joining Dice, Jenni said: "There's nothing more exciting for a marketeer than to join a business at a time of change or growth and I'm really looking forward to helping Dice to capitalise on that and push the visions for the business forwards. "Even after a very short time, I already feel that the supportive culture and team spirit at Dice makes it not only a great place to work, but a great company to be involved with full stop. I'm excited to see what we can achieve together!" There's someone else just as excited to be joining the business too. James Brant has joined us in a more junior position, as our new Civil Engineering Technician. He's already gained valuable industry experience and we're looking forward to helping him to hone his skills and knowledge further. With the opportunity to get his teeth stuck into some really exciting builds, there couldn't be a better time to have joined us. Welcome to all!
