A business update for our clients and suppliers regarding COVID-19
We have been closely monitoring the complex and evolving challenges created by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following recent events and the considerable escalation over the past few days, we wanted to update you on our current status and approach.
Our top priorities remain taking care of our staff and supporting our clients, to ensure we continue to provide you with excellent service, while working safely. We are following guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England. We have therefore taken decisions to alter our pattern of working and restrict unnecessary travel to safeguard our staff. From today, all of our staff will be working remotely and we are looking at additional measures to help prevent further spread of the Coronavirus and reduce risk within our business. Crucially, we remain fully operational. Our team will continue to support all of our clients and our agile way of working means that it is business as usual. Your projects and operations are extremely important to us and we remain committed to supporting you and responding to your needs throughout this period. We are contactable as ever via email, mobile and Slack during normal working hours and we are confident that we will be able to continue to work productively via remote working and the use of our integrated technology systems and other collaborative tools.
